Header is moved elsewhere, but seems easy enough to fix.

Good step forward, now we can easily review changes.  HTML is currently
left out because it is hard to maintain.  See ticket #1 for details.

xgettext currently destroys part of the template (especially the header)
while generating and appending multiple times.  Need to investigate further.
