VCardManager: vcard requests are saved to show "progress mode" for AccountInfoEditorFragment if case of rotation, pause etc.

Account vCard editing: after vCard update, AccountInfoEditor requests updated vCard and passes it back to AccountViewer. AccountViewer updates view to show vCard changes.

New activity and fragment AccountInfoEditor and AccountInfoEditorFragment. First implementation of vCard editing.

smack_config.xml: packetReplyTimeout increased to 30000 milliseconds - to allow load several avatars for example.

VCardManager: catch for ClassCastException added - some servers return incorrect answers for vCard request. This is just rude fix.
