Removing Email Templates module

2. Fixed history bug for pages found

Mailables and New Flash function

Added new way in Flash.vue to not hide the flash message. Added the same functionality in GeneralException to store a  variable

2. Added Email Template Mailable for Forgot Password.
3. Added Email Template Mailable for Reset Password.
4. Added Email Template Mailable for Change Password.
