i'm added two below function 
i18nFile & normalFile
Because while we installing new asgardcms we lost many thing, 
so i think those function are required. 
can you please update this file ?

This reverts commit 3159cae9.

Check page slug and locale

This check if the request page match the locale and the slug. If do not match just do a 301 redirect so the user can see the correct page and the correct url, good for seo purpose.

In case of accepts json then instead of redirecting sending unauthorised response

fix route:cache and config:cache issue
