Add canonical and Alternate link

This reverts commit 3159cae9.

Check page slug and locale

This check if the request page match the locale and the slug. If do not match just do a 301 redirect so the user can see the correct page and the correct url, good for seo purpose.

In case of accepts json then instead of redirecting sending unauthorised response

fix route:cache and config:cache issue

Mke body column from  page translations nullable

Fix a typo sorry.

Make migration for set column body nullable, to fix the problem when create a page with no body field.
