[GATE-32] Tracked down cause of problem.  add/remove/etc doesn't work with MSN yet.  Will have to provide a 'partial support' MSN transport for first beta.

Hopefully catching an exception when offline messages are sent after user disconnects.
Upgraded JML to fix problem receiving messages that have no formatting. (not connecting right though...
Downgraded commons-logging.jar and cindy.jar to keep with jml 'approved' version for the moment.

Deleted msnm for now.  (conflicts with jml)  Also killed contactDeleted handling as there is clearly some logic error I'm missing that managed to wipe my entire contact list.  ;)  uncool.

Functional is better than just lacking ability to remove buddies... backtracking to jml and may reevaluate others later or put more work into jml.

Killed removeFriend functionality from jml since it's busted...  (it's causing the IOException)  Also upgraded protocol to 12.  May be considering yet another MSN library...   We'll see.

[GATE-14] Working on base IRC support.  [GATE-5] Start of support for non-server side nicknames and such.  There are currently problems with the db upgrade files.  Namely they don't appear to actually be triggering.  This is bad seeing as the code is expecting the changes.

[GATE-3] Still working on buddy add/remove issues.  More code cleanup here and there and improvements to connection status handling.  Per gato's great suggestion, switched some hashs to concurrent hashes to dodge concurrent modification exceptions.

Added ability for custom registration tags per transport [GATE-26], working on tracking down/testing [GATE-3], more work on [GATE-20].  Much more information kept/handled for yahoo and msn transports.  MSN errors should be handled a lot better, needs to be tested.

[GATE-3] Lots of reworking to handle nickname and group syncing.  JML (MSN) doesn't support removing buddies yet.. (sigh)  OSCAR has a null exception error that's occuring when I add a new buddy that I need to track down.

Added in support for changing priorities on the fly.  Forgot you could do that.  Added partial handling of roster events.  Took out temporary hack to clean up roster on login.
