[IMPROVEMENT] Changed 'hostname' to 'Server'

The word 'Server' is used elsewhere on RocketChat, and 'hostname' isn't intuitive for the non-technical users, whereas most can wrap their head around 'server'. Had people using their username as a hostname, that kind of silliness.
