Added autocapitalize="off" autocorrect="off" to the input for the logon
form usernamefld. When using from an iPhone/iPad the first character
of the username is capitalized automatically.

(legacy) fix notices on IPv6.inc, we should replace this with https://pear.php.net/package/Net_IPv6/download/1.3.0b1 for 16.1 (but there are some other small changes as well there)

While there, make the script run from a secure shell as well.
