View status of workgroup agents

The Status of Agents screen shows the status of each agent in the workgroup and the number of chats that the agent is having at the moment.

To view the status of a workgroup's agents:

  1. Click the Live Assistant tab. The Workgroup Summary screen displays.

  2. In the Agents (Active/Total) column of the Workgroup Summary table, click linked numbers. The Status of Agents screen displays showing all agents.

  3. Use the links on the page to sort the list.

  4. To view a list of an individual agent's current chats, click the linked number in the Current Chats column for the agent listed. The Current Chats of Agent screen displays.
