Specify search settings for a workgroup

These settings tell Live Assistant where the Jive Forums or Jive Knowledge Base repository root directories are so it can search them. This only applies if your Live Assistant installation is integrated with Jive repositories.

To specify search settings for a workgroup:

1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the workgroup.

3. In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Search. The Search Settings screen displays.

4. In the Jive Forum Document Root field, type the URL to the Jive Forums repository your workgroup will use.

5. In the Jive Knowledge Base Document Root field, type the URL to the Jive Knowledge Base repository your workgroup will use.

6. Click the Save Changes button.
