You can also remove agent groups from a workgroup queue using these instructions.
To remove an agent from a workgroup queue:
Click the Live Assistant tab.
In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the desired workgroup.
In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Queues.
In the Workgroup Queues screen, click the name of the desired queue. The Manage Queue screen displays.
To remove agents, scroll down to the Agents field, select the names of the agents to remove, and then press the Delete key.
To remove agent groups, scroll down to the Agent Groups field, select the names of the agent groups to remove, and then press the Delete key.
Click the Save Settings button.
