Get started

Live Assistant server comes with a built-in administrative account you can use to get started. If you are just setting up Live Assistant and have not yet downloaded the Agent installer, start with Use Live Assistant for the first time.

The following links will get you started setting up Live Assistant:

1. Add users to your Live Assistant system

2. Create agent groups

3. Create workgroups

4. Create workgroup queues

5. Assign agents to workgroup queues

For the purpose of getting started, you can use most of Live Assistant’s default settings.
