Configure global dispatcher settings

Live Assistant uses algorithms to decide, at any given moment, which agent in the queue is the best one to send a chat request offer to.  

To configure global dispatcher settings:

1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

2. In the sidebar pane under Settings, click Dispatcher Settings. The Dispatcher Settings screen displays.

The Available Algorithms section displays available algorithms in a table.

3. In the Available Algorithms table, select the algorithm to install in the box on the left. A description of that algorithm displays in the box on the right.

4. To install the algorithm, click the Install button.

To add an algorithm class:

1. In the Dispatcher Settings screen, scroll down to the Add Algorithm Class field.

2. In the Class Name field, enter the Java class name of the algorithm.

3. Click the Add Algorithm button.
