Add or change form images

The Webchat client form comes with default images that you can change if you like.

To add or change form images:

1. In the Click the Live Assistant tab.

2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the desired workgroup.

3. In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Form Images. The Webchat Images screen displays all of the images currently in use on the form.

4. To change an image, click the Browse button next to the path field and browse for and select an image.

5. At the bottom of the screen, click the Update Images button.
