About users and groups

Live Assistant makes a distinction between users and agents. Users are general system users who may or may not be agents, whereas all agents are users.

Live Assistant makes a distinction between groups and agent groups. In Live Assistant, a group is a collection of users in a contact list, such as an IM buddy list. An agent group is a collection of agents grouped together by a shared trait, such as a function or goal.
