You can view the properties for the license currently in use. Properties include the product and version, the license type, the name of the company who holds the license, the number of license copies, the number of agents included in the license, the creation date, and the license expiration date.
To view Live Assistant license details:
Click the Live Assistance tab.
In the sidebar pane under License, click License Details. The License Details screen displays.
