Install an interceptor for a workgroup

You can install interceptors and apply them to specific realms.

To install an interceptor:

1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the workgroup.

3. In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Interceptors. The Packet Interceptors screen displays.

4. In the drop-down box at the top of the screen, select the realm to apply this interceptor to.

In the Install Interceptor section, a table shows which interceptors are available for installation (if you don't see one you'd like, you can code and install your own).

5. In the Available Interceptors table, select the interceptor to install in the box on the left. A description of that interceptor displays in the box on the right.

6. To install the interceptor, click the Install button. The interceptor should now display in the Current Interceptors list. You may or may not need to configure the interceptor.
