Edit or uninstall a workgroup router

You can change the name/value pairs for a router, the order in which the router is applied to incoming chat requests, and you can uninstall an installed router from the workgroup.

To edit or uninstall a workgroup router:

  1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

  2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the workgroup.

  3. In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Routing Rules. The Workgroup Routers screen displays.

  4. In the Current Routers list, click the Edit button () for the desired router.

  5. Change the information as desired and then click the Save Properties button.

  6. To change the order in which the router is applied to incoming requests, click the Up arrow () or Down arrow () buttons. Routers are applied to incoming requests in the order they are displayed in the list, from the top down.

  7. To remove a workgroup router, in the Delete column, click the Delete button () for that router.

Note:

This does not technically "delete" the router from Live Assistant, it merely uninstalls it for that workgroup.
