Edit or delete a form field

You can edit or remove a form field.

To edit or delete a form field:

  1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

  2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the queue for which you want to customize the Webchat client form.

  3. In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Form Builder. The Workgroup Web Form screen displays.

  1. To remove a field, click the Delete button () in the Delete column for that field.

  2. To edit a form field, click the Edit button () in the Edit column for that field. The Edit Form Element screen displays, showing the information for that form field.  

  3. To rearrange the order that the form fields display in the form, click the Up arrow () and Down arrow () buttons to move the fields to the desired order. Fields are shown in the order they appear on the form, from the top down.

  4. Change the information as desired and then click the Update button. You are returned to the Workgroup Web Form page.

  5. Click the Save Form button.

  6. If desired, change the images used in the form.

  7. If desired, change the text used in the form.
