Delete an agent group

Deleting an agent group removes the agents in that group from any queues to which that agent group was assigned, unless the agents that were in the group belong to queues on an individual basis, or through another agent group.

To delete an agent group:

  1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

  2. In the sidebar pane under Agent Groups, click Group Summary. The Agent Group Summary screen displays.

  3. In the table listing the agent groups, click the Delete button () in the Delete column for that agent group.

  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
