Delete a workgroup

Deleting a workgroup is a permanent action. All associated queues will also be deleted.

To delete a workgroup:

1. Click the Live Assistant tab.

2. In the Workgroup Summary screen, in the Delete column for the desired workgroup, click the Delete button ().

3. In the confirmation screen, click Yes.
