Each workgroup must have at least one queue for agents to log in to the workgroup. If you delete a workgroup's only queue, no one will be able to use that workgroup. Either create another queue before deleting the one you don't want, or create another queue immediately after deleting the old one.
To delete a queue:
Click the Live Assistant tab.
In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the workgroup from which you want to delete a queue.
In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Queues. The Workgroup Queues screen displays.
In the list of queues,
in the Delete Queue column for
the desired queue, click the Delete
button (
).
To confirm the deletion, click Yes.
