Form variables enable you to pull data from the visitor's current web session and apply it to queue request routing rules.
To create a form variable:
In the Click the Live Assistant tab.
In the Workgroup Summary screen, click the name of the desired workgroup.
In the sidebar pane under Workgroup Settings, click Form Variables. The Workgroup Variable screen displays.
In the Type field, select the type of variable to retrieved (the default is Request Parameter).
In the Name field, enter the name of the variable to be retrieved (required).
In the Assign New Name field, enter a name the Live Assistant server will use to identify the variable (required).
In the Description field, enter a description for this variable (optional).
When finished with this variable, click the Add Variable button.
To add another variable to the form, repeat steps 4 through 8.
When finished adding variables, click the Save Form button.
